DMCA Policy

Hjulmand Bundesliga respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.

This policy outlines the information required to submit a copyright infringement notice (DMCA Takedown Request) and a counter-notification, and the procedures for doing so.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Hjulmand Bundesliga website or services, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Hjulmand Bundesliga website or services (e.g., URL, specific page, or location within a file). This must be sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and authority: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. A valid Counter-Notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Hjulmand Bundesliga may be found.
  • Acceptance of service of process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Please be aware that filing a fraudulent or abusive counter-notification may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
